Project #30: NI Autonomous Robotics Competition 2017

Back

Description:

For a number of years now National Instruments has been running an autonomous robotics competition (called NI ARC) open to teams from tertiary institutions across Australia and New Zealand. The University of Auckland has competed in this for a number of years and the plan is to do the same for 2017. Each year the task has involved the development of a fully functioning autonomous robot designed to solve some particular task. Each team can have a maximum of six students. This year we intend to enter a team comprising of two Part IV students from ECE (i.e., one project group) and four students from Mechanical Engineering (i.e., two project groups).
