Description:

In this project you will develop a numerical and analytic model for predicting the sound level within several animal enclosures due to ambient noise and also several outdoor speakers playing noise at a specified level. You will then conduct a noise survey to validate your model. This project will develop expertise in noise modelling and measurement using standard techniques. Such work would be of interest to students interested in pursuing a career as an acoustic consultant.
