Project #135: Application of Machine Learning to Business process automation in the Meter to Cash domain

Back

Description:

Gentrack provides software to facilitate the Utilities sector to handle all aspects of their business from meter readings to revenue realisation. "Meter-to-cash". Lowering the cost to serve is a key driver in this increasingly deregulated competitive industry.

This project will analyse some of the customer service activities that occur frequently within Meter-to-cash domain that have the potential to be automated by machine learning technology. We will identify appropriate tools and algorithms best suited to these situations and prove the viability of creating a technical solution to improve efficiency and reduce the cost to serve.

The project will not cover aspects of Gentrack's commercially sensitive: strategy, software, customer data, or configurations and any software built onsite at Gentrack or with Gentrack systems. However, we will encourage and support such extensions outside of the project scope where the IP remains with Gentracl.
