Description:

The project will result in an app for collecting patient feedback after visiting a doctor (GP).

Currently, when a patient visits a GP, they walk out with advice,  medicine and/or an appointment to see a specialist. There is little information available about what the patient did after the visit. The app will record self reported information from the patient, and store it centrally for further processing.
