Project #10: Shoe insole pressure sensor for gait analysis

Back

Description:

This project aims to create a wearable, flexible shoe insole pressure sensor.  It can map the pressure distribution of a foot as a person walks.  This has the application to assist in the rehabilitation process.

A Bluetooth will be required to transmit the foot pressure as a person walks to a remote PC or smartphone.  You are expected to use the Motion Capture lab to correlate the walking gait with the sensor's data.
