In this project you will assess the effect of turbulence on the drag force acting on a cyclist. This will be an experimental project conducted in the wind tunnel at the Newmarket Campus which will seek to replicate and then extend this study: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0167610523002787. Cycling New Zealand will likely be involved.
